Produce a video that celebrates CSIM’s 25th anniversary, telling the story of the history and mission of the product to be played at the celebration. After the event produce a second video incorporating footage shot at the event which would include Charles Schwab who was attending.
I was asked to art concept, direct, storyboard and produce. Partnering with a copywriter and film crew, I lead this project from concept through completion.
Because of strict requirements, we had a limited color palette and graphic options. It was important to convey how big this product was and where it came from in an interesting manner. We made a decision to talk about milestones. The story the motion tells would be told by Schwab’s signature box. I created graphics and elements built from the boxes and animated them in a way that emphasized big moments while always moving forward and upward.
